Temporary EA to 3 Directors
£22 – £26 Per Hour
Tadworth – Hybrid, 3 Days Office Based, 2 Days Homebased
ASAP Start Date (8 – 12 Week Booking)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support three senior Directors (Finance, Marketing & Retail, and HR) at a leading charity on a temporary basis for 8–12 weeks.
The role will start ASAP, so please only apply if you are immediately available and free for the whole duration.

Key duties:

• Managing busy inboxes for each Director, ensuring emails are prioritised and actioned appropriately
• Coordinating complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and appointments
• Organising travel, meetings, and other bookings
• Acting as a first point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at Director level
• Enhanced DBS
• Confident managing multiple diaries and inboxes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office
